Well not THE Dr. Horrible, but Neil Patrick Harris will provide the voice for the Music Meister in an upcoming Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode.

The Music Meister—an amalgamation of various DC Comics villains—“has the power to create song wherever he goes, and he’s trying to dominate the world,” Tucker says, before pointing out that the episode’s “plot itself is just the framework, an excuse to have everybody sing!” Tucker and producer/story editor Michael Jelenic wrote five original songs for the episode.

Yes, Batman: The Musical!

If you are attending the San Diego Comic Con, you’ll want to check out the Warner Bros. Animation panel on July 24, 2009 at 10:00 AM, where the episode will debut.
