I always thought Samurai Jack was a series that was ahead of its time, but it paved the way for a lot of the aniamted shows we have today, so I guess it evens out. At the very least I can give you another taste of the Samurai in the future thanks to Ethen Beavers.

Always nice to see another Samurai Jack fan! I loved it and was saddened to see it never really caught on but then everyone went gangbusters over the Clone Wars shorts which was basically Samurai Jack with Star Wars characters…
Ahead of its time indeed. This was one of those shows that as a kid (yes I was barely seven when this first came out) I did not understand a single bit of this show. Fast forward a few years later and I had to rush out and buy each season on DVD after watching just one episode on youtube.
