Panosian’s work looks great there, kind of like a cross between Ron Garney and Adam Kubert. I wonder why he doesn’t get more work.
So, I take it he’s still coming?
Have him call when he gets to the airport and we’ll pick him up…
That’s some seriously stripped-down art, too. It’s… functional, I guess — though not quite up to the level of your average MARVEL ADVENTURES title — but it’ll need some serious scripting help to convey an actual story. Why the hell is Jen shrugging at Skaar? And why is Ben’s disembodied arm getting in a shot? And what does this have to do with Green Hulk (Gulk?) being eaten by the truck stop from Maximum Overdrive?
It’s April 27, 2009 and I still don’t give a rat’s ass about Skaar.
And I bet I’m in good company, too!
