Check out this unofficial Doctor Who Anime project OtaKing 77077 is working on.

WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY is my advice to your ears. As you might know, I’m animating a Doctor Who anime short. It’s taking me bloody ages. Here’s some progress footage from it, including the penciling and inking process.

It’s odd seeing an anime version of the good Doctor, but if this turned into something official it could be something to fill the holes left by the television series, books, audio dramas…

    ..I am just in awe of this thing… is full of awesome (though the girl with the gun kind of stands out a bit too much..and the brigider can be a bit less….bishionen…)

    Yeah I’m not a great fan of the overly angular features, or stilted movement, in Anime, but I thought the Cybermen and Daleks looked good.
