Directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor have bowed out as the directors of DC Comics/Warner Bros. movie Jonah Hex.  The only reason given to the trades was creative differences.  Still attached to play the title character is Goonies star Josh Brolin (I hear he’s done some other stuff, too).   The studio is scrambling to find a new director (pick me, pick me).

Neveldine and Taylor were the minds behind the most awesome kick-ass high octane movie Crank.  Imagine if the directing duo would have stuck with the Hex and brought that same energy the film.

How is Josh Brolin attatched to play Jonah Hex? Didn’t he explicitly say that he was NOT a part of this movie?
