Danny Ketch has been back in the Ghost Rider universe for a couple of month now, but why is he back?  That question (and presumably many more) is answered in the upcoming Ghost Rider: Danny Ketch mini-series.  My guess is everything you knew, will be undone, and Ghost Rider will never be the same…Again!

Marvel has sent Major Spoilers a sneak peek of the first of five issues.

GHOST RIDER: DANNY KETCH #1 (of 5) (AUG082350)

Spinning out of last month’s “The Last Stand of the Spirits of Vengeance” arc comes a story of a man’s journey of torment and addiction into the darkest pieces of his soul. After Danny’s shocking return in the pages of the acclaimed Ghost Rider, fans have clamored for answers and now they’re here, all wrapped up in a cover by rising star Clint Langley!

The first issue arrives October 22, 2008 with a cover price of $3.99.

  1. Love the original Blaze/Zarathos GR, love the Danny/Kale one even more. Haven’t really liked anything of the new Blaze/????? GR. Having said that, maybe I can get into the new swing of things a little better if this mini finally ties up some of the loose ends and acknowledges the past a little more. And that cover is awesome!

  2. Where have you been the last 20 years?

Danny Ketch has been Ghost Rider since 1990, he is the modern age GR, where Johnny Blaze was the 1970’s early 80’s bronze age GR.
