proof_vol1_tp.jpgImage Comics has announce it has collected the arc of Proof into a trade paperback that should be on the shelves soon.  I read the first issue some time ago, and thought the concept of a walking talking big foot as part of a cryptozoology team to be a fairly good idea.  For some reason, I never saw the other issues in the series, so the trade might be a good idea.

“Being new creators with an odd concept is a frightening thing, which may have fueled the horrific things happening in the book,” Grecian said. “However, the reception has been fantastic, from both fan and critics alike. We already have five years of the series plotted out, so we’re very happy to tell that tale and everything that follows.”

Proof: Volume 1 will be in stores May 7, 2008 for $9.99.
