Hollywood Chicago landed a sweet scoop on what part Anthony Michael Hall will be playing in the warner Bros. The Dark Knight movie.

Yeah… I’m not going to spoil it here, you’ll have to take the jump.

anthony_michael_hall_1.jpgHe’s going to play a reporter.

No. Really. A reporter. Re-por-ter.

Oh come on you really thought he’d play a super villain like the Riddler or something? Nope, just a reporter who figures out what Bruce Wayne does at night…just like every female lead in every Batman movie since the beginning of time.

Check out Hollywood Chicago if you don’t believe me and find out exactly what AMH has up his sleeve.

Intensely jealous of Bruce Wayne? Goes so far as to imitate him (the car?) Figures out the secret identity?

Still sounds like the Riddler, at least the BATMAN FOREVER Riddler. If the character’s name is “Eddie,” we have a good idea of where this is going.

Batman’s secret identity in the movies (and the comics) is the worst kept secret.

Maybe he’s just going to continue his character from “The Dead Zone” and accidentally discover Batman’s secret ID by touching him…or the Batmobile, or something. : )
