Ever since returning to Earth, Nova has had to deal with a world of confusion where his parents don’t recognize him, and Tony Stark is turning recruiting efforts up to 11.

Marvel Comics has sent Major Spoilers a sneak peek of issue #3.

Penciled by SEAN CHEN

In Nova #3, a tie-in to the mega popular The Initiative storyline, Richard Rider must confront a larger issue—the government sponsored Thunderbolts, a collection of some of the world’s most dangerous villains…including Nova’s former teammate Speedball (now known as Penance)!

Nova #3 arrive June 13 for $2.99.

Hmm… Moonstone seems like a much more competent leader here as opposed to her depiction in Thunderbolts.

Again with the weird glowing eyes. Symbiotes – don’t – glow. They may produce weird substances and shapeshift and cause the weaers to become flesh-eating freaks, but they are NOT bioluminescent!

    – This, from SALIERI, who has much better things to do with his time.

Glowing eyes are better than having a light bulb in the back of your throat like Carnage does sometimes.
