Dynamite Entertainment has announced its new Terminator 2 comic book series written by Simon Furman with art by Nigel Raynor. The series will feature all new stories based on characters frm the Terminator 2 film as well as the debut of a new killing machine – Terminator Infinity.

Dynamite stated: “We have a lot of big things planned with T2 and we’re starting things off in an explosive way with this first series from Furman and Raynor. It’s in these pages that we’ll find out the real reasons for Skynet sending Terminators back into the past as they deal with a rising threat in the present. The first issue hits the ground running and never lets up as we see the future in a way never before shown and learn how John Connor grew to be humanity’s greatest – and last – hope in a world ruled by the machines! The future begins now!”

We got covers, after the jump.
