The Dabel Brothers and Marvel Comics announced the companies will be bringing an original Orson Scot Card Ender Wiggin’s tale to comics this spring.

More info and the full cover after the jump.

“We’re all huge fans of the Enderverse, and we can’t wait to see what our readers think of this project,” said Ernst Dabel, President and CEO of Dabel Brothers Productions. “Ask any fan of Orson Scott Card what novel made him become one of their favorite writers, and most will tell you, without hesitation, that Ender’s Game is not only their favorite book that he has written, but one of their favorite books of all time!”

The three issue mini will be titled Gold Bug and will take place near th eend of Ender’s Game. The new Enderverse story features art by Jin Han and scripted by Jake Black. Marvel told Major Spoilers there are other Enderverse projects planned for the future.

Following the comic release, Card’s short story will be published. This means you’ll only be able to read this new story in comics form first.

Wow. I’m pretty excited about this. I have read a few of the books, and I really enjoyed them. I really liked how they did parallel stories with Ender and Beans. They should make a movie about these books too.
