    A trailer? For comic books? What is the exact point of this? It looks like a joke.

    Well, that’s a bit harsh. It’s just Marvel trying to make their product more accessible and “adult” by advertising their book using a new idiom. It didn’t do anything for me, necessarily, but I think it’s an admirable try at something different, even if they did just make a standard “In a world…” movie trailer…

    It’s just advertising. Take if from a guy who made advertising for years, if it doesn’t move books, it’ll go away soon enough.
