USM_104_VAR.jpgWhen Ultimate Spider-Man #103 hits the stands it will set a new record for Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley for the most issues by a single creative team at Marvel. The previous record was held by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.

The Clone Saga wraps up with a double-sized Ultimate Spider-Man #104, and to commemorate the event, Mark Bagley has created a cover of the web-head swinging through the streets of New York, in an homage to Joe Quesada’s cover to Ultimate Spider-Man #1. But hold on – is this the real Spider-Man under the mask? The big question on everyone’s mind will be, “What happened to all the clones and genetic twins unleashed during the Clone Saga?

If you have read all of the reviews I have done on the Clone Saga, you know this has been one heck of a ride, #104 will be in stores January 10, 2007 for $3.99.
